1. Who can use King Maker Society Match
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement. We check date of birth at signup and reserve the right to suspend or remove any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
2. What this app is
King Maker Society Match is a platform that lets martial artists and brands discover and connect with each other for possible sponsorship, collaboration, and exposure opportunities. It is a networking and matchmaking tool. It does not provide physical training, coaching, or any guarantee that a connection, sponsorship, collaboration, or income will result from using it.
3. No guarantees
King Maker Society does not guarantee that you will be matched with any specific person or brand, that any match will lead to a sponsorship, paid opportunity, or business relationship, or that using this app will lead to any particular result for your career, income, or personal brand. Outcomes depend on the people and brands involved and are outside our control.
4. Accounts and profiles
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile. You agree not to impersonate another person or brand, misrepresent your identity, record, follower counts, or business, or create more than one account without our permission. Brand profiles are reviewed and must be approved before they appear in the deck.
5. Conduct
You agree not to use King Maker Society Match to harass, threaten, scam, or defraud other users, post illegal content, or solicit anyone who has indicated they are not interested. Reports of this kind of conduct may result in message removal, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform at our discretion.
6. Chat and content
Messages sent through the app are reviewed if reported and may be removed by an administrator. We may use automated filters to block certain content, including links shared before both people in a match have replied to each other, to help reduce scams and spam.
7. Membership and payment
Certain features (such as unlimited swipes) may require a paid membership. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms for any paid tier are described separately in our Membership and Refund Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
